AssalamuAlaikum to all… The Holy month Ramadan is here. I don’t want to spend much time cooking or blogging. In fact everyone should make the maximum use of this month by increasing our prayers. May Allah accept all our Ibadahs and fulfil all our Halal wishes.
A couple of recipes have been sitting in my drafts for quite some time now. So I’ll be posting it as and when I get time.
Today I’m here with a very simple recipe. This is a very easy to make snack for iftar. Only very less ingredients are required.
Eggs – 7
Red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
Salt – to taste
Oil – for frying
Cook eggs in an idli steamer.
Make a fine paste of red chilli powder and adjust salt.
Coat the cooked eggs with red chilli paste and shallow fry it.
