Ingredients

Chick peas   –   1 cup

Garlic   –   5-6 cloves

Lemon juice   –   1 tbsp

Yogurt   –   3 tbsp

Tahina (sesame seed paste)   –   3 tbsp

salt   –   to taste

Olive oil   –   to sprinkle

Method

Soak the chick peas overnight. Now cook the chick peas and garlic in a pressure cooker. Add salt accordingly. It should be well cooked. Let it cool down.

Now blend everything together to make a fine paste, except olive oil.

If the paste is too thick add some water in which the chick peas was cooked.

Adjust salt. Transfer it to a serving plate and drizzle olive oil on top.
