Hi friends… How are you all doin? I’ve been thinking for a week on what to post next. Finally I’ve decided to make a snack…. Bread Pizza…. I’m sure none of you might have ate this before, just kidding… To be honest, this is a very tasty snack and everyone must give it a try. The look of my Pizza might not be appealing but the taste is super i must say with all those veggies, chicken and cheese in it.

Bread slices      15

Carrot (grated)      1 cup

Capsicum (finely chopped)      ¼ cup

Beans(chopped)      ½ cup

Onion (chopped)      ½ cup

Green chilli (chopped)      2

Garlic paste      ½ tsp

Chicken (cooked & shredded)      ½ cup

Soya sauce      1 tsp

Coriander leaves (chopped)     1 tbsp

Oil      2 tbsp

Egg      2

Pepper powder      ½ tsp

Salt      to taste

Cheese (grated)      ¼ cup

First cut the bread in circle and keep aside. I used a jar’s lid for this purpose.

Next, take a bowl and break the eggs in it. Add salt and pepper powder and whisk well with a fork. Set this aside. We need this only at the end.

Next we need to heat oil in a pan. Add garlic paste and sauté till there is no raw smell. Add onion and sauté for a couple of minutes.

Now add carrot, beans, coriander leaves and salt and cook for about 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally so that we don’t lose the colour of the vegetables.

Now add the shredded chicken, soya sauce and capsicum. Mix well and remove from heat. Our topping is ready.

Now take the bread slice in your hand one at a time, sprinkle few drops of water on top of it and slightly press it with your other hand. Put some topping in the center of the bread. Again top it with some grated cheese. Now pour 1 or 2 tbsp of beaten egg mixture on top.
This is how it’ll look. In case you’re why my grated cheese is looking abnormal, lemme tell you that i had only slice cheese in hand…oops

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Fry pizzas for a couple of minutes turning both sides. Be very careful while turning it. It’s done when the beaten egg is completely cooked. Hope you all understood what I meant. 🙂
